	Jack WALLACE Jack is a 2000 graduate at the University of Miami School of Law and a 1995 graduate of the University of Connecticut. While at UCONN, Jack majored in Latin American Studies and Political Science. From 2000 until 2006, Jack worked at the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC) in Miami as an Equal Justice Works (EJW) Fellow and Staff Attorney. At FIAC, Jack represented immigrants before administrative and federal courts, focusing on asylum seekers and long term green card holders facing deportation.

	Luzelena PALANDA She is a 2003 graduate of Boston College Law School. She graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 1999 with a double major in History and French. She speaks fluent Spanish and French. Ms. Palanda was also an intern at the United Nations in New York City and at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.

	Nancy OLMOS She is our File Manager, She manager all Receipt and Approvals of USCIS and DOL. She was Antonia's personal assistant. She has a background in International Protocol, which comes in handy when dealing with our customers.

	Ceren KARAER Ceren graduated from University of Virginia in 2004 with a joint degree in Spanish and International Relations. After graduating, she was recruited by the U.S. Department of Justice Outstanding Scholar Program, where she worked as a Paralegal at the Antitrust Division, reviewing major transactions in the defense industry. She gained her immigration experience at the U.S. Department of Justice assisting the Office of Immigration Litigation with reply briefs to asylum petition appeals. Before joining ACPA, she spent one year at Morgan Lewis and Bockius LLP as a Securities Litigation Paralegal.

	Gabriela ARRIA She's our General Manager. She studied Business Administration at the University "José Maria Vargas" in Caracas, Venezuela.

	Mercedes OTEIZA She had more than 20 years of experience in public relations. She Worked in the American Automobile Association (AAA) and the Grand Prix Hotel as a Main Receptionist.

	Eugene PAGE A graduate of the University of Miami, we rely on Gene to make things work and keep everything organized. He finds your files and gets them where they need to be.

	Maria Jose RODRIGUEZ She is our Information System Manager. With a MBA Degree from Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya at 2005 and Graduated from the Central University of Venezuela on Computer Science in 1999. She is the person responsible for all our systems.
